Domain Locking Service Agreement

This Domain Locking Service Agreement is made by and between The N@meit Corporation, hereinafter “AITDomains.com”, and ________________________________________ whose address is ______________________________________________________, hereinafter the “Customer”, collectively the “Parties”, dated this _____ day of ______________, 20 ___, and simultaneously executed therewith.

WHEREAS the Customer desires to lock and unlock domain registrations at the request of authorized conatct, the Parties agree as follows:

1. The Customer will remit to AITDomains.com a one time application fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and the lock/unlock request fees outlined in http://aitdomains.advinte.com/locking.htm. The customer further agrees these fees are non-refundable.

2. The method of payment will be:____________________ (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Customer hereby authorizes AITDomains.com to charge customer’s designated Credit Card the amount set forth in Paragraph 1,hereinabove.

3. AITDomains.com only processes lock/unlock requests from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Furthermore, AITDomains.com will only accept requests that meet the following requirement:
  • request is submitted by the authorized contact specified in the Domain Locking application form. The request form must be printed out, completed and sent via facsimile transmission to 910-321-1390 or postal mail.

No other form of submission will be accepted.



4. In consideration for AITDomains.com conducting the lock/unlock, I warrant that I have read, understand, and accept the Domain Name Registration Agreement located at http://aitdomains.com/policies/serviceagreement.htm; said agreement and dispute resolution policy are incorporated by reference into this application.



5. AITDomains.com will lock/unlock domains based upon the following AUTHORIZED contacts. These are the only authorized contacts that AITDomains.com will allow to lock or unlock a domain(s) requested for locking or unlocking:

6. The following domains should be locked/unlocked (circle one) based upon the request of the authorized users listed above. If you are unlocking a domain, you will be required to input the same contact information as you used to lock domain(s), and you must have the same security pass phrase.
